Burning of Rhododendron material

Just had botice that council contractors will be burning piles of Rhododendron that has been cleared.
The work will start on 22nd feb and will last for some weeks, no burning on weekends

Aint called the number yet.  Anyone know whereabouts they'll be burning (more imporantly if any tracks will be affected)?
