New year, same old you. Thurs 04-01-18

Anyone else out to carry on the past years bad habits and get dirty in the woods tonight?

If you insist and only because it's dry, even dryer later too. Great.

Not me sorry guys. I need to get my fitness back before Dyfi and I've got precious little time, so I've biked to work in an attempt to beast myself! :-[

Cool - see you later Chris and Al.

Andy, just to get this straight, your plan for getting fitter for a mountainbiking event is to not go mountain biking?  Surely riding to work and Clyne would work better?

And drinking beer afterwards for carb loading.

I'm not out tonight.

You have a higher opinion of my physical fitness than I have!  ;) I should add that my lack of braking on the MTB is also scaring me!  ;)

Unlucky about the lurgy Dom.  Hope you're over it soon!

Andy - i'm fairly sure we proved last night that brakes are only optional anyways!  Aled managed to snap his front brake off and still managed!  Kindof.  Good luck with the fitness!

Nobody manages anything in Clyne when it's wet, unless they intend to fall off!  :D
