Don't wait for me if I'm not there - I'm still coughing and spluttering and generally feeling horrible. And cursing the fact that it hasn't stopped raining since September.  :'(
That's why I'm pushing myself to get out  ;) fed up of being stuck indoors.   ::)

p.s. for those that were worried about my ride from Swansea to Bridgend yesterday it turns out that there are both roads and signposts along the way. Who knew? 😎😁
